That personal suffering, which could have marked an end, became the engine of an association born for dignity and inclusion. Instead of seeing the illness as a limitation, I chose to transform that pain into a positive force, a source of inspiration to give those who live in similar situations the chance to rediscover their dignity and calling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>History of the Haide Gabriele Association<\/strong> represents a struggle for empowerment, showing how resilience can transform adversity into opportunity. Our projects, such as the Ibolya Center and Gyer\u00fcnk, reflect this vision. Our goal is to create an environment where training, social services, and innovation come together to offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multidisciplinary training pathways<\/strong>, where each person can develop their potential through &#8220;learning by doing&#8221; and a continuous exchange of skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integrated social services<\/strong> at the Ibolya Center, where hospice and Long Term Care (LTC) programs provide a support system that doesn&#8217;t label, but rather welcomes and values the person in their entirety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innovation and environmental and territorial sustainability<\/strong>, which guide us in choosing eco-friendly methods and advanced technologies, with the aim of enhancing the natural and cultural resources of our territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Roots_of_Our_Collective_Tree\"><\/span><span id=\"bppb-heading-anchor-4\"><\/span>The Roots of Our Collective Tree<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to imagine our story as a tree whose growth is fueled by shared values:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our roots<\/strong> are made up of responsibility, solidarity, inclusion, innovation, and respect for the territory.
